How to connect to the App:
Note:
Before connect to the app, make sure that your mobile phone is connected to the 2.4GHZ WIFI network and opened the bluetooth.
1;Download the APP “Smart Life” or ” TuyaSmart”, register and login.
2;Power on the device with USB cable, the light flashes(Long press the button 5 seconds if it doesn’t flash);
3;Press “Add Device”choose and it will detect the device and add it;
4.Then add sub-devices into the hub;

Note:
Only support Tuya smart/Smart Life App controlled zigbee or bluetooth devices, other brands can’t work with this hub;
1.Wifi products don’t need hub, so Wifi products can’t add into the hub, the function of wifi protocol supported by multimode gateway is to convert the data of zigbee and BLE into the data of wifi. The gateway communicates with the router through wifi after converting the data of Zigbee and BLE devices, and uploads the data to the cloud for linkage with APP.
2;The gateway itself is a function of data management and conversion. Alexa can’t directly connect to the gateway. It needs Tuya APP to connect to the gateway, and then the gateway connects to the sub-devices supporting Alexa, such as ZIGBEE devices, and then the APP shares it with Alexa, so that Alexa can control the sub-devices of Tuya zigbee through the gateway.
3.Please make sure your sub-equipment with Tuya Bluetooth or ZigBee function.(works with Smart Life App or Tuya Smart Life App;
4.The terminal device controlled by the gateway is a Tuya Bluetooth or ZigBee product, and the device only with Tuya WiFi does not belong to this type of product,since wifi products don’t need hub;
5;Wireless connection: Only Support 2.4Ghz WiFi connection.
6.Indicate Light：
1). The status of the red light: During the connection between the gateway and the mobile APP, it will be off for a short time, and it will be on after the connection is successful.
2). Blinking blue light: The gateway is in the state of discovering sub-devices.
5.Alexa operation process:
1.Register Alexa and Tuya accounts respectively
2.Add Tuya account to the skill in Amazon Alexa App.
3.Add gateway to Tuya App
4.Tuya application gateway adds Tuya sub-devices
5.Control Tuya sub-devices through Alexa voice (the sub-devices must support the voice control function).
