May is a crazy busy time for parents. Here’s one of our 20-minute meals to get you through the month. This super comforting, creamy cabbage pastina is super smart, and it tastes like a warm hug. Samantha came up with it because her 8-year-old son, Artie, is a little picky about vegetables, but he does love pasta. So she came up with a brilliant idea of making a bowl of pastina and adding shredded cabbage. It sort of dissolves into the pastina, which makes it palatable for Artie but delicious for everybody.
